Collusion of Poor Service Outsurance and Alpha Panelbeaters

Collussion of poor service by Outsurance and Alpha Panelbeaters Empangini against a pensioner.

My car was involved in an accident and submitted a claim with outsurence who referred my car to Apha panelbeaters Empangeni, a service provider tbat prides itself for poor service it seems, because that it is the only panel beaters they deal. My contract is with Outsurance not with Alpha but because of their deal, I am locked into it as well. Now Alpha is demanding I pay access deposit before they repair the car so that they can go around looking for used spare parts to repair my car, a process that will take weeks. Meanwhile I am expected to drive a demaged car. I do not pay outsurence for used spare part, the premium is for original parts and not for used parts

No where have i heard that a panel beater uses the client's money to buy spare parts, is this treatment reserved for pensioners, Africans in particular or both?
