Collecting my access payment

I was in an accident that wasn't my fault and I had to pay a access payment to fix my car. The other party is responsible to pay my access but his insurance did not cover it. Goodman Mcephe from Outsurance Legal Department phoned me and informed me that the other party's insurance doesn't pay the access that I have paid to fix the car but they will collect it from the owner of the car that caused the accident. I was very sceptical and rep**** that it is fine see what you can do. This morning my telephone rings and it was Goodman Mcephe from Outsurance informing me that he has recovered my access payment and he is going to pay it into my account today.
