close but no cigar.

I did a quote comparison, and was suprised by the helpful friendly service offering. in the end the price was slightly more than my current provider , but close enough to keep in consideration. ,

Hi Guys , after the great introductions it turns out that you were just uncompetitive with the comparison. So I qualified for your promotional R500 Thank you, your input is appreciated payment.. I got the otp by SMS immediately but 4 days later still no mail link to claim.. It’s only R500 but completely sour’s the great experience with OUTsurance so far .
