Claims through Outsurance Good or Bad

<p>Well for the past 9 years i insured my House and contents, as well as 3 vehicles with Outsurance insurance company. had 3 claims before this one, &nbsp;that happened in December 2016 at about 10pm my car was parked in front of my place when it was smashed into, i phoned outsurance and they called the towing service which was there in 10miniutes time the whole process with statements&nbsp;from the police took about 40 minuites in all.&nbsp;I&nbsp;was&nbsp;assured&nbsp;that an&nbsp;advisor will&nbsp;contact me in due time and yes the process was done very professionally by the advisor and assessor, the claim was settled and i am great full to a company that cares about its clients.
