Claims take forever
Been waiting for a claim to be finalised, been about a month now waiting for a recording of the initial policy activation call recording. Keep being promised it will be sent however its been more than 4 weeks and numerous calls and no luck. Please be warned should you sign up with outsurance

Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention.
Daphne our business manager has been unsuccessful in her attempts to contact all the noted contact people on the business policy, she has also been unsuccessful in calling you and has subsequently sent a SMS notifying you of her attempts.
Please be advised, the call recordings were emailed to the business email address on the 7th of August 2020. We have once again emailed all the requested recordings to the business email address.
