Claims process gone wrong
OUTsurance has not handled my claim well at all, my calls are unanswered, I’ve been given endless deadlines about when my car will be ready for collection. I am currently carless and no one cares to explain why! I have received endless broken promises furthermore their panel beaters are rude. They have no customer service whatsoever they even shout at their clients. This is unacceptable
