Claims Notepad - ***/OT***8 (MR I VITHALDAS)

1st time client of OUTsurance what a horrible claim experience!!! My vehicle was booked in on the 21/09/2020 to West Rand Panel Beaters one of OUTsurance preferred panel shops. The claims administrator (Eulanda Buthelezi.)did not arrange a rental vehicle although this is included in my policy. I've been without transport for 4 solid weeks and when the panel shop called me to collect they dint even complete the job so I had to wait yet another day. Upon collecting the car it hasn't been cleaned and the inside had black marks on the Interior although the quotation from the insurance states VALET SERVICE. While driving I also notice that the WHEEL ALIGNMENT was also not done but charged on the quote. I was so disappointed that I dint even wanted to take the car back to the panel shop. The airbag light is still on and when I ask the guy at the panel shop he said they don't know what caused it (is that not their job to check???). (Heads up don't let your car be send to WRPB they are useless). Good day We will pay you for number of days the vehicle was with our repairer as per our daily rates Thanks And to Top everything they still want to increase my premium because I'm no longer in CT but in JHB now. When i question why they said the crime rate is higher maybe they must go live in CT to see..

Worst claims experience ever from any Insurance company!!!!!! Out you really don't know how to value your clients and for that reason I will be canceling this policy as you serve me no purpose!!!!!!!!! very unhappy client
