Claims great service

My wife met up in an accident and the advisor assigned to my claim was Donelle Geyer. She was patient and really took her time to understand and capture the claim details, she was well versed and kept true to her promises of contact me and keeping me in the loop of processes and procedures. my car was written off however the stream lined process and management conducted by her made the experience less damning. WELL done and great work my new car is now insured by Outsurance once more and i would like to say thank you to the entire team who assisted in the entire process.
