Saturday 23 December 2017 My husband and I are on our way to visit family in Klerksdorp. 10km before Kroonstad a huge rock hit the windscreen. Contact the call centre and what is the response "sorry sir I don't handle windscreen claims we are only here for emergencies". Apparently it is considered after hours if you contact the call centre on a Saturday afteroon at 15:20.

We are sorry about the inconvenience. Our rescue department is operational 24/7, but the call centre for client care, sales and claims only up to 13h00 on a Saturday.
We tried to contact you and L'zerie also sent you an email to contact her should you require assistance which we really want to do.
