Last week Thursday my parents roof in there garage feel apart damaging my mums car, my dad called outsurance to advise them of the details and 2 assesors came tp check the damages, yesterday my dad gets a call from Outsurance saying that they not gonna pay him out cause of bad workmanship. Iam a valued customer of Outsurance as well for years. My question is why pay so much for household insurance when such a huge thing happens and now they saying bad workmanship and they wont pay out for it. Iam disgusted in this service of ousturance and this roofing wasnt newly done its was done a while ago and they saying bad workmanship. Iam looking at cancelling my insurance with them because why pay insurance when you not getting any beneft from them. Highly disappointed customer
