Claiming Back of Excess

After a car accident in March 2014 of which I was not liable, Outsurance firstly made a mistake by closing my case without feedback. When notified however of this action, Outsurance were apologetic, quick to act and in a professional manner followed up on the claim. Chasi Mncube sought to claim back the excess for my vehicle. I was informed of the progress of the claim and was thankful that Chasi Mncube was successful. Thank you Chasi and Outsurance!
