Claimed Once in 10 years now a story from Outsurance, Pitty i cant even give them less than 1 star!!

<p>Dear Outsurance,</p> <p> </p> <p>Ive been a member for over 10 years and only claimed once for a burst geyser - which you duly sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was struck by lightning and alot of my goods were damaged - Yet i did not claim, and replaced at my own cost (What an idiot i am)</p> <p> </p> <p>Now due to the huge amount of rain we have received in JHB, my front wall is about to fall over. I contacted you prior to this due to security reasons.</p> <p>Now the accessor arrives to tell me im not covered? But i would be covered if someone or something rammed into my wall? Should i reverse my car into the wall to get a claim? Accessor also says that my colums are too far apart as part of the building code? But i bought the house with the wall as is?</p> <p> </p> <p>Wow, im now a builder? *** - why was this not stipulated within the sub clauses - No, because nobody came out to see the house, quick and easy to quote online- until there is a claim!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Ive paid over R100 000.00 in insurance, made one claim for R6000.00 and now you give me the finger for a wall that might fall on one of my kids or dogs!!!! And if that does happen, i will see you in court. I will remortgage my property to pay the legal costs if need be.</p> <p> </p> <p>Time for me to go into the insurance Business!!</p> <p>This is Absolutely unacceptable! - Posters all over the country, how much you pay out--------What a load of ********!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Outsurance - always find away OUT when it comes to Paying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>You were one of the best, but now you becoming the worst - Maybe we can call you Discovery Outsurance!!!!
