Claimed goods not yet returned

I would like to voice my frustration about Outsurance on dealing with our claim. Basically we claimed with Outsurance for a couple of goods and they were able to replace the T.V, music system and DVD, which I dearly appreciate. My frustration comes with the playstation 3 that they can not be able to replace for us. Since we claimed from the beginning of January 2015 its only the playstation that they have not brought back by today the 20th of February 2015. <br> The last time I spoke with Thato Oliphant (Claim Advisor) she said that the company that is appointed to replace the playstation will deliver it. Still to date I am waiting for them.
