<p>claim ********** 68 All i have recieved from outsurance so far is promises that does not come true, everyday i phone in and everyday Sthembiso is busy on the line with someone else sometimes i phone 2 or 3 times and his always on the phone. He said the case would be resolved and i would get a call from him and then he would transfer me to his manager before the end of business day friday 22nd july 2016. The following week he then he said by 27th july 2016 thats after i phoned him a few times, yesterday 28th july 2016 i phoned again after not replying to my call i sent him an email he rep**** saying his manager isn't in he will get another manager to assist today is 29th july 2016 still no phone call from anyone for a company this big i think Outsurance really need to hire more professional people. This is very pathetic from his side.</p>
