claim still not finalized after 1 month

after our geyser had to be replaced Outsurance appointed a contractor Plumbfect to replace the geyser.<br> Upon removing the geyser they did not close off the old geyser which resulted in approximately 20 litres of water being messed on our laminate flooring. this resulted in bubbling of the floor.<br> In this month neither Outsurance or Plumbfect have replaced the flooring.
