Had a cellphone claim & Haymes Tshabalala was handling it (what a CHAMPION) Claim was logged on Monday & finalized Tuesday!!!!! now that's what i call world class service. I was informed of process, when i called Haymes he was always available to take my calls. he also informed me that i can call after 5pm(since i was available after 5) as well since there's a team working till 6pm it will divert to someone else who would assist and indeed i was assisted by another professional gentleman (sorry i forgot his name) Thank you again!
