Claim review - Fantastic service

<p>We were recently ****** with many of the usual items being taken - notebooks, tablets, clothes, jewellery etc. We submitted our claim just under two and a half weeks ago and were struggling a little to get feedback from our case manager. I escalated this yesterday and it was assigned to Deven Pillay-Riches. This gentleman has bent over backwards for us in the last couple of hours! He has gotten re-evaluations, requotes and has got the approval signed off all by today. Payment is beig made today and all the suppliers will now contact us. I would like to commend Deven on his fantastic service! Would recommend you to anybody!</p>
