Claim Resolution & Customer's Best interests at heart

I recently got my place broken into - Sunday morning to be exact. I laid a claim with Outsurance and got my claim assigned to an angel by the name of Velda Rogers - who kindly assisted me with through the whole process. Much to my joy - the claim has been resolved and all that was ****** I will get back. I must commend the team for a job well done and the quick speed with which they have resolved this - going above and beyond. This is my first claim ever and the experience has been nothing but pleasant. If ever you must make a call for a claim - ask to speak to Velda Rogers; the Wonder Woman of Outsurance :).
