Claim rejected with invalid reasons
I logged a building content claim which was rejected by the assessor and the reasons for rejection were invalid, I am not happy with the service from Outsurance this time around, My claim ID is ***

Unfortunately, our decision remains unchanged as tenting (thermal expansion and contraction) is not a covered peril.
We previously assisted you with a similar claim as a once off benefit to you and explained the reasons for this.
