Claim rejected because of Few days left on waiting period.

I will be canceling my Funeral cover with Outsurance, my claim was rejected because of a few days left on the waiting period for my mother-in-law. while have been paying for myself and others for over a year and have other products with them that I pay for without fail.

This is not a company you can rely on during your time of need, they don't even refund your payments.
