Claim refuted for no reason

I was involved in an accident with an Outsurance client and i had submitted a claim ( ********** 52) with them after their client accepted liability and made an affidavit stating that he would pay for the shortfall for the damages to my vwehicle.

Outsurance decided to refute my claim for the following reason "client had his hazards on to alert something was wrong at the time. clinet was driving about 10km per hour". when i requested a full written sketch and description, the legal advisor Neritha Mansingh told me that they do not have one and also refused to reconsider the matter even after their client called them and advised them they should attend to the claim.

i find it unfair that outsurance has refuted my claim without providing me with proper reasons or properly investigating the claim. furthermore their client has refused to pay for my damages and Outsurance has advised me to proceed with litigation agaisnt their client. i am now sitting with a damaged car and i am expected to spend money, which i do not have , on legal fees to sort out a matter where their client was the wrong party. How is that fair?!
