CLAIM REFUND - OUTSURANCE THUMBS UP

In November 2018 I was rear ended whilst stopped at a red traffic light! The gentleman who was at fault denied being distracted although I clearly remember watching him in my rear view mirror as he failed to pay attention and therefore not brake!! He was not apologetic and in a hurry to drive off, and at the end of the day, made me start the process on my side to repair my car which resulted in me having to pay my excess. Not a welcome outlay... I am happy to say that from the initial claim registration, (Trsitin Govender) to being handed over to Outsurance legal department ( Lindie Barkhuizen) for processing, Outsurance have been great. Lindie was especially professional, and kind, and kept me updated via email and phone which I was very thankful for. I am grateful for the service and give Outsurance and staff a BIG thumbs up.
