Claim Processing Procedure

Recently one of my vehicles insured through Outsurance was involved in an accident and had to be s****ped. <br> The accident was extremely traumatic and the contact centre agent who assisted me was very understanding, kind and helpful, and made everything as easy for me to handle as possible. <br> He spoke to the towing service provider at the scene, made sure my vehicle was taken care of and processed the claim within 1 working day from the accident. <br> I am extremely impressed and Outsurance has shown me once again why I have been a client of theirs for more than 10 years.
