Claim procedure for car accident

I was reporting an accident and finding out the process for submit a claim, and I spoke with Karabo Koboyankwe (I hope I wrote the surname correct), and he was more than helpful. Because I was not sure of the procedure he explained it calmly at the same time making me clam, because I was still panicking. He assured me not to worry about anything, as the insurance will do everything to make sure the car is fine.
