Claim pending for 7 months

<p>Last year August I knew contacted Outsurance advising them of a possible leak in a wall separating my bathroom and my kitchen table been 7 months and still not resolved. A company "Dry force" then pitches this morning only to find an invasion of slugs against this wall. I was disgusted that I am forced to live in this condition, this wall clearly needs to be knocked down it's so soggy I can't see how the solution would be just to dry a wall that has been damaged this badly. </p> <p> </p>
