Claim paid in under a week.

I just wanted to compliment Outsurance on the amazing service I received. When starting my business, the loss involved in one of my cars being off the road was one of the biggest risks I had to take into account. I have worked in the motor industry for 10 years and have specifically dealt with insurance. I was expecting for this incident to set me back for some time not only costing me money by way of excess but more importantly lost income. This incident happened on Friday 12/02 afternoon and from the time I called to arrange the towing of the vehicle the service has been nothing short of amazing. Today is Thurs, not even a full week later and the claim has been paid. My vehicle was towed timeously on Monday so the panel beater could begin work in the interim. To think that I will probably have my vehicle back within a week of a R40 000 plus accident is something that I definitely did not expect. I pay R5500 a month for my vehicle business insurance with Outsurance excluding my wife's vehicle and our building insurance, while this amount of money for insurance is difficult to swallow, I can honestly say that it is worth it if this is the service that I receive going forward.
