Good day I am desperately in need of assistance in getting back my vehicle claim it has been a year now that I was hit by your client I got a claim number which he accept his fault then after I got a form to fill send you a quote of the damages then I got a call from you guys if I still remember how the accident happened and explained up till now I haven;t gotten any respond and now FIRST HELP are not willing to release my car to me. please I need assistance i was been assisted by MATHAPELO BOKABA

The entire service experience you describe, was most alarming and we immediately looked into the matter.
Our liability claims manager, Isaac contacted you. He confirmed we informed you to remove your vehicle from the storage centre on 25 July last year and discussed the reasons for refuting liability with you on 1 August.
You expressed your unhappiness with the outcome, which we of course understand. You then undertook to provide us with the relevant footage, which we never received.
Isaac again informed you now, should you provide us with the footage, we will review the matter and contact you with our decision.
We are very sorry about the financial burden you are experiencing.
