Claim number ***. Phoned Outsurance to log a claim. They allocated a Panelbeater. Panelbeater quoted on all the defects, not once did yhe assurance inform me that they do not approve the foglight as part of the damage. Only upon fetching my car the panelbeater informed me that the insurance declined it without a reason. For years without any claims, now they don't want to fix the damaged. Pathetic to say the least. Will not recommend them for anyone.
