Claim number ***

On 21 May, my car was involved in an accident which took place at JG Strydom in Johannesburg.<br> The owner of car A is a client with the same Outsurance that me (Car C) and car B are. When i called to lodge a claim i was told to pay an excess of R3800 which was going to be claimed back from the pther people's insurance then refunded back to me. When i heard that both these people are with the same insurance, i called my insurance again to check with them the possibility of repairing my car without me having to pay such a huge amount that i didnt have and still do not have because they did not have to go look for these people but they are there in their system. Mr Gerald Bosch promised to come back to me after communicating with their lawyers but i havent heard from him after a full month of our conversation. This is the reason i decided to write here and expose them. My car is still not fixed as i am waiting for Gerald to get back to me. The cars that were involved are: Toyota BlackCW 32 ZR GP(car A which caused the accident), Green Mazda YSV 382 GP (car B which was pushed to hit) CC 74 JS GP of which i am complaining on. I hope this matter will soon be resolved.
