Claim not paid out

I was involved in a car accident in January and my vehicle was covered by Outsurance. I claimed from them and I was told that I was not covered, whereas I have never missed a premium. Spoke to Kuben's manager and told me that they are doing business. I was forced to take out a loan to repair my car. Is that how you service client? Or was it just me.
