CLAIM NOT PAID

I had car accident and submitted my claim (***) with OUTsurance on 24 January, after 3 days my claim was approved, and repairs were authorized. The claim amount came to R8200, excess was 7100 and then OUTsurance pay R1100 balance My car was moved to their panel beater for repair. After few days I received CALL that the claim is cancelled and engine specialist is hired to inspect the engine of the car. New claim advisor (charlie millicent) was assign on the case, today after weeks of waiting I was told that claim is not approved because the engine is damage, the specialist said the engine overheated because it didn't have water which is not true, the car was driving fine with no problems before accident. MY car was taken for inspection before starting the policy with monthly premium of 4700 for golf 6, This is very cruel and now I'm advice to go and pick accident car and fix it myself at my own cost. i have been servicing the car and have motor warranty. They showed me that they are not reliable
