Claim not Credited
<p>On 30 March 2015 I submitted a claim for a car with Outsurance which the accident was not my fault. Due to this I was told I will have my excess credited back to me once they resolve with the other party. After months of calling and following up on this I was constantly told that the matter was not yet resolved and I need to wait until then before I could receive my excess back.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 11 March 2016, it was resolved out of court and I yet to have heard or see any refund of my claim. Due to this I have canclled my policy with you shortly after the terrible experience trying to fix the car in 2015 and it is now almost 4 months later and I still have not heard anything. Could you please let me know when i will get my refund?? Claim: OUTsurance claim ********** 79</p>
