Claim not attended to

Following e-mail was sent to Ms Martha Mokgokolo from Outsurance on 20.01.2015 who was dealing with our claim:<br> \\At the end of Nov'14 / beginning Dec'14 we have submitted a claim to you after someone drove into the back of our car. You confirmed receipt of the claim per sms... You have sent me to ... on the 11th of December 2014 to have the damage accessed and I went there on the same day. Since then I have not heard back a single word from Outsurance. I have phoned last week and your colleague.. checked the file and said that the damage report was received... also told me how much the damage was and the excess amount!! I have said from the start that we do not want to claim against our own insurance
