Claim no *** Incident with a transport company.

<p>A transport company five ton truck arrived at a complex oppersite my place and the truck reversed and bumped my intercom. The owner of the company insisted that I claim and they will pay the access. I refused and phoned Outsurance and explained the incident. My claim was approved and everything was recitified. I forward all the information to OUTSURANCE. Today the 5 December 2016 I received an email and a phone call from Anne-Mare Matthee from Outsurance informing me that my access will be refunded.</p> <p>That is now great service from an insurance company that is there when needed.</p>
