I sent my approach in April with all the documentations. I was told that Lynette Govender will be dealing with it. I continued following up for settlement without success. The matter has been escalated we still didn't receive any response. It has been 2 full months waiting for the settlement offer we are now entering the third one. This I believe is the worst service ever.
