Claim issues
I had the worst experience with outsurance and I believe it was race related. My house was broken into and I had household cover. We gave them everything from the police report to the call logs to them requesting the call logs between me and my cousin directly from vodacom. I tried escalating it with them to request another assessor because the way Tida Roux was treating us was not ok. They did not change her. We are and we're extremely disappointed with their service.
