Claim Handling

<p>My Wife and I are with MiWay. My Wife was hit from behind by an Outsurance Client... This was in March, it is now 29/06/2016 and her car has still not been repaired. today she had to take her car in to a panel beater for the repair at Outsurance's order, Only to find out that nothing was going to be done because 1. Outsurance was supposed to pay out cash so she could pay the Panel Beater (STUPID), 2. the Panel Beater had to requote as outsurance's previous qoute was done in March, plus the previous quote was for a Pirate part and not original (CHEAP) and not all the damage was quoted on.... My Wife has been fighting with outsurance non stop...</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is the way Outsurance treats potential customers (as we were looking at moving our policies) then there is no way in THE DEPTHS OF HELL that I will ever deal with outsurance, Miway was willing to repair the car in March already if we had put our claim through them, and outsurance is welcome to check, we did do the claim with Miway originally, which we cancelled so that the outsurance client could do the claim...</p> <p> </p> <p>This is possibly the worst treatment I have ever recieved from an Insurance company and will never ever deal with them.</p>
