<p>Thank you to the outsurance team for the very professional, quick and effective maner in which they have handled my claim.</p> <p>At all time I have been kept informed of the progress of my claim until the excess was refunded to me in a very reasonable time.</p> <p>I had past experiences with claim through a broker and 10 years later, I am still waiting for my excess to be refunded to me.</p>
