We had an unfortunate accident and had to make a claim through our insurers Outsurance. What wonderful service we got from Ruth. She was professional, efficient and very understanding. She sent me sms updates and our vehicle is now being repaired. I think she deserves a pat on the back! Well done Ruth!!
