Claim for damaged cell phone handset
I have been a customer of OUTsurance for more than 20 years now. All claims were handled professionally with satisfactory results.
My last claim was for a damaged cell phone handset. I logged the call on Monday 15 September 2025. The phone was collected by Courier Guy, assessed by TT3, returned to me by TT3 and I received my TakeAlot voucher for a replacement handset on Thursday 18 September 2025. 4 days end-to-end.
