Claim for damage to building

<p>I just had placed a claim for water damages to my laminated flooring and cupboards caused by ******s breaking the plastic part of the geyser valve (geyser outside on wall) and causing water to go through the wall into the house. They also damaged my Easyflash flashing on the roof. The claim was handled with total professionalism by Outsurance personnel Lamont and Logan - the assessment by Outsurance subcontractors was quick and professionally handled - and the quotes on all repairs were in the same ball park as those I obtained from my usual builder, flooring and cupboard installer. This really was a good professional service seldom found in todays market. well done</p>
