Claim for cellphone that was ******

I have specified for cellphone insurance and have been paying for this for years. Due to me not updating my details on my insurance policy, Outsurance still has a Nokia specified and insured for about R3500. When I got my upgrade a few months ago I failed to update this with Outsurance. I had my phone ****** out of my bag while in the shop, I got my case number and have submitted a claim. OS is now asking to see papers of the new phone to prove I went ahead to buy the same phone that I had ****** out of my handbag. Secondly if they happy with me sending this documentation they are only paying out about R1600. I am a pensioner, I am not great with admin and I do try my best to update things. The fact remains I am paying insurance for a phone for R3500, regardless if it's an iPhone or a Nokia. That's my problem then if I am under insured, in which this case I am actually not but I did not specificy I got an upgrade for an Hauwei phone. I had to buy me another phone on my Edgars account because I cannot buy a new one cash and I need a phone. I am sick of this nonsense, I pay monthly to be insured and I want this matter looked into because OS should pay me for what I am claiming and to the full value of the sum I have insured my phone for.
