Claim finished in record of time

I have a serious problem with my geyzer. I reported the claim to Outsurance. He immediately contacted a local Plumber to assist me in my need. He send me a sms that the plumber will be at my property after 66 minutes. He called several times to find out if the plumber arrived. This was the most fantastic finished off of a claim I've ever experienced. Gedfrey went that extra mile to satisfy the customer. Thank you Outsurance for this brilliant Claims Advisor.
