We always hear horror stories of insurers being uptight when you have to claim yet they are the first to notify you of your defaults on premiums so I had my reservations when making my first claim for an incident that occurred. After the damaged was assessed I was given a quote to ascertain as to whether I'd want to authorize the claim. I was offered a choice of panel beater either close to where I work or where I stay (whichever was convenient to me). The workmanship on my vehicle was impeccable. Outsurance even sent me smses and email to keep me in the loop as to the progress of the repairs. Its really refreshing to know that there are companies who still actually take their time to offer service of such high standards to their clients. Thank you Outsurance.
