Claim declined

Outsurance has declined my claim and their reason is the cover that I took only covers for fire not other accident.tell me who on their right mind would cover a car only for fire mind you the premium is 1300.Now is telling me to take a new cover that I would have to pay 4000 only then they can look into my claim.I need justice for my premiums for the past 2 years
