Claim and Cover Cancelled Without Conclusive Info

After 6 claim free years, my claim was rejected and short-term and life cover cancelled. The case is with Ombudsman, I respect the Ombudsman, its Procedures and Timelines. However this is dragging on from August 2014 and in the interim I'm at great risk without cover. I believe Outsurance is hiding behind the processes of the Ombudsman. Outsurance made a decision on their assures gut feeling and nothing conclusive, they didn't even make contact with the law authorities where the case was reported. further supporting my claim that they are a law on to themselves. If there is anyone out there that assist, please come to my aid.
