Claim advisor was excellent

due to a burst geyser, my wife had to make a claim. I made the claim online, which was quick, easy and user friendly. My wife got a call from an Outsurance claims advisor by the name of Kathy Govender. My wife is incredibly happy with the customer service and friendliness of this advisor. Well done to you, I would recommend any of my family and friends to insure with Outsurance if this is the kind of people you employ. Well done to her, and she deserves a big promotion.
