claim

i have a home insurance with OUTsurance, a water pipe burst inside my house during the night while we were sleeping, i took videos and sent to them, i called the plumber to come and fix the pipe and sent the proof to them as they requested. the water damaged my cupboards because water was all over the house, i reported the matter and they requested, an invoice and a written report from the plumber i sent it to them, they sent their inspector, the guy's report was so negative he even said to the report my claim is invalid, my doors and cupboard were worn out due to abuse and carelessness, he even told me that he is working for OUTsurance, they are not going to approve my claim. He **** from his report that i failed to show him the burst pipe. when i told him that the grout from the tiles was also removed by water, he took the pictures for the tiles but on the report that he submitted to OUTsurance, he did nt send them the damaged tiles.
