Claim

<p>Contractors during my claim the work of these contractors were below substandard and I had to recall, them four times to fix the mistakes furhtermore water damaged cupboards were only repaired and not replaced, resulting in broken tiles and granite tops sacking due to water damaged, panels at the back of the cupboard which were not replaced. I have been incontact with outsurance on numerous times with every time unsatisfactory response. Outsurance inform me that I have to reregistered a claim which will cost me again R2500.00. I was also informed if I registered another claim they might suspend my insurance.</p>
