<p> I have been with Outsurance for over 10 years and never claimed. This week i lost a camera which was valued at R8000 when i bought it, so i have been paying for this cover. They have come back to me and said they will pay out R2000, which is less than my no claim bonus. So i have no choice but not to claim. These ****** do not have a loyal bone in their organisation. I fell like i have been ****** again. People told that Outsurance is good only until you need to claim, but i did not listen. I will be cancelling my policies with this *****ed insurer. Let this be a WARNING to all considering on using Outsurance - DONT. </p>
